I'm sorry, but we do not have a paper catalog to mail out. 

TO BUY BULBS AND SEEDS AT LAKESIDE CALLAS:

ONLINE:
1.  Simply click on "buy now" next to the bulb you would like to purchase.  Please note the amount available and do not order more than the available amount. You may adjust the amount of bulbs in the shopping cart.
2.  Check out with PayPal, you may pay with credit card, debit card, or PayPal account funds.  Please make sure your correct address is listed.
3.  You will receive a payment receipt notice via email.  We also receive the payment notice and will reply to it to notify you that we have received your order. 
4.  If you order plants along with your bulbs, you will receive an extra shipping charge for the plants.  On average 1 plant will be $7 shipping.
5.  If you are not pleased with the bulbs you receive, you may mail them back within 10 days of receipt and get a full refund, minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

VIA MAIL:
1.  Email or mail your order to lakesidecallas@yahoo.com
2.  You will receive an invoice from PayPal which includes the price of the bulbs and shipping.
3.  You can pay the invoice with a credit card, debit card, or PayPal account.
4.  If you are not pleased with the bulbs you receive, you may mail them back within 10 days of receipt and get a full refund, minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

PAYING BY CHECK:
1.  If you wish to pay by check, email your order or write it on a piece of paper- Please note your name, address, phone number, and email address.  Include the name of the bulb, the size, price for one bulb, and number of bulbs desired.  Add shipping- for bulbs up to $15, shipping is $7 and over $15.01 of bulbs shipping is free. 
2.  Plant orders are charged and shipped separately- on average one plant shipping is $7.
3.  Orders paid by check may take longer to process- we do not go to the bank every day, and we wait 2 weeks after deposit to make sure the checks clear.
4.  If you are not pleased with the bulbs you receive, you may mail them back within 10 days of receipt and get a full refund, minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

SHIPPING:
1.  We do not guarantee bulbs when shipped in cold temperatures, and recommend shipping when temps are above 40-45F.
2.  We would appreciate an email if you have a ship date in mind, otherwise we ship at our discretion.
